We accept returns 30 days from the purchase date. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition it was received.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on Toilets and Coleman Air Conditioners.
Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. The original packaging contains an LPN bar code that helps us identify your items with your order, so your account can be credited appropriately.
To return your order email us directly or log into your account, click the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return, and then click the "Add New MRA" link located at the bottom of the page. (This option will not be available if your order is outside the 30 day range.) Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid minus a maximum of 20% re-stock fee for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

It may take two weeks for your return to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card. Credits issued to PayPal account should reflect on your account immediately, but according to PayPal, it could still take up to 30 days for you to receive your funds.
Please keep, share and save your return tracking number until you are notified that we have completed your refund.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we may not be able to cancel. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.
We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may be assessed a 10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation, shipping charges incurred to you and back, and other applicable fees.
Defective items is taken care of by most Manufacturers. If you happen to have defective product, please contact the manufacturer directly for instructions on how to return/exchange the item.
